that Taste of Portugal Weymouth Ltd has applied to Weymouth and Portland Borough Council for a new premises licence in respect of 11A Colwell Centre Weymouth DT4 8NJ for the sale of alcohol generally between the hours of Monday to Saturday 08:30 - 22:00 (All Days) Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in writing to, Business Licensing, Weymouth and Portland Borough Council, C/O North Quay Offices, Weymouth, Dorset, DT4 8TA, within 28 days from the date of this notice. The licensing registeranddetailsofthisapplicationmaybeinspected during normal office hours at the above address or on https://www.dorset.fo ryou.com/406629. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
