(Footpath 59 and Segregated Footway/Cycleway, Harlow) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily closure of Footpath 59 and Segregated Footway/ Cycleway, in the District of Harlow, located behind property 19 Whitewaits, east for a distance of approximately 126 metres.
The closure is scheduled to commence on 07/09/2020 to 25/09/2020 or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while Electrical Works are undertaken.
The alternative route will be via the alleyway by the property of number 259 Arkwrights at its junction with Whitewaits, then Whitewaits and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 07/09/2020 and may continue in force for 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(District of Harlow) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Amendment No.10) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45, 46, 49, 53 and Part III & IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, previously advertised as The Essex County Council (Various Roads, District of Harlow) (Parking and Waiting) (Amendment No.15) Order 201*.
Effect of the order: To introduce Disabled Badge Holders Only bays on the following length of Church Leys in the District of Harlow: WEST SIDE: From a point approximately 7.5 metres north of the northern property boundary of 28 Church Leys, in a northerly direction for a distance of approximately 5.5 metres.
This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Harlow District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by substituting tile number TL435 105, TL455 090 revisions 0 to revision 1.

The Order will come into operation on 28 August 2020.

Application to the high court: Anyone who wishes to question the validity of the Order of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act, or any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks from the date of the making of the Order apply to the High Court for this purpose.
(Hoe Lane, Lambourne) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hoe Lane, Lambourne in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 425m southeast of its junction with New Road for a distance of approximately 105m in a southeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 14th September 2020 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MX054287973500 – Affinity Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Affinity Water.
An alternative route is available via Manor Road, Lambourne Road, Gravel Lane, Pudding Lane, Abridge Road Roundabout, Abridge Road, London Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 3rd September 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Banks Lane, Theydon Mount/Theydon Garnon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Banks Lane, Theydon Mount/ Theydon Garnon in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Mount End Road for a distance of approximately 500m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 28th August 2020 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30034841487 – UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead cable works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.
An alternative route is available via Mount End Road, Mount Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 20th August 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Lippitts Hill, Waltham Abbey) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020 Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Lippitts Hill, Waltham Abbey in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 315m northwest of its junction with Rose Court for a distance of approximately 65m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 1st September 2020 for 7 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30020345464 – UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.
An alternative route is available via Mott Street, Church Road, Lippitts Hill and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 20th August 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
