Vary licences to abstract and impound

Water Resources Act 1991 (as amended by the Water Act 2003)

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006 that an application has been made to Natural Resources Wales by Berwyn Hydro Limited to vary full licences to abstract and impound water, serial numbers;

? WA/067/0003/020 and WA/067/0003/021, authorise the abstraction of water from, and to obstruct or impede the flow of the Afon Clochnant at National Grid Reference SJ 04134 34962. The variations applied for are to vary technical drawings and the National Grid Reference to SJ 04144 34964.



? WA/067/0003/022 and WA/067/0003/023, authorise the abstraction of water from, and to obstruct or impede the flow of the Nant Cwm Tywyll at National Grid Reference SJ 04130 34948. The variations applied for are to vary technical drawings and the National Grid Reference to SJ 04133 34940.
