SECTION 123(2A) LAND AT SCHOOL LANE, GUIDE, BLACKBURN

1. Notice Is hereby given pursuant to Section 123(2A) Local Government Act 1972 that Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council proposes to dispose of an area of open land, by way of an utilities easement, at School Lane, Guide, Blackburn, Lancashire BB1 2LW.



2. Due to Covid-19, temporary closure of the Town Hall precludes plans for the proposed easement route being available for inspection in person but may be requested by email.



3. Request for plans and/or objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing and addressed to: Asad Laher, Head of Legal & Governance (Council Solicitor), Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council, Town Hall, Blackburn BB1 7DY / Email

to be received no later than 16.00pm on Friday, 11TH SEPTEMBER 2020.
