(WEIGHT AND WIDTH RESTRICTIONS) (NO. 24) ORDER 2014

The Council has made an Order under Sections 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, its effect which will be operative from the 27th October 2014 will be as follows: 3 Tonnes Weight Restriction: 2 Metres Width Restriction: Orlando St from 16m east of its intersection with the easterly kerb-line of Moncrieffe St to 123m east of its intersection with the easterly kerb-line of Moncrieffe St The Order, plans and statement of reasons may be viewed online at www.bolton.gov.uk/trafficorders or inspected at the Highways and Engineering Division, 4th Floor Wellsprings, Civic Centre, Bolton during office hours. Anybody wishing to question the Orders provisions or validity may, within 6 weeks from the 22nd October 2014 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
