LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Mr Noah Ellis has applied to Buckinghamshire Council (for the Chiltern area) on 11 August 2020 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at Shrubs Wood & Newland Gorse, Gorelands Lane, HP8 4AB [as more particularly shown on the appended licence plan] for the sale by retail of alcohol, 09:00- 23:00 Monday to Sunday, and unrestricted hours for persons staying overnight; as more particularly set out in the application.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Section, Buckinghamshire Council, King George V Road, Amersham, Bucks, HP6 5AW to be received by no later than 8 September 2020 stating the grounds for making said representation.
The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website www. buckinghamshire.gov.uk or by appointment at the Council’s offices during office hours.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
