MARINE AND COASTAL ACCESS ACT 2009 APPLICATION FOR JURGENS JETTY ANNUAL MAINTENANCE DREDGE

Notice is hereby given that PURA FOODS LIMITED has applied to the Marine Management Organisation under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, Part 4, for a marine licence to undertake Jurgens Jetty Annual Maintenace Dredge. Plans showing the position of the works may be inspected at Grays Central Library, Thameside Complex, Orsett Road, Grays, Essex, RM17 5DX Copies of the Application and associated information may be viewed on line in the Public Register at:www.gov.uk/check-marine-licence-register Representations or objections in respect of the application should be made in writing, giving an address to which correspondence relating to the representation or objection may be sent, to the Marine Management Organisation, Lancaster House, Hampshire Court, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 7YH, or alternatively emailed to: mark.herbert@marinemanagement.org.uk within 28 days of 16/10/2014, quoting reference - MLA/2014/00319.

The Marine Management Organisation will pass to the applicant a copy of any objection or representation we receive.
