The application may be inspected during office hours at: The Licensing Dept, Thurrock Council, New Road, Grays RM17 6SL Representations must be in writing to the Licensing Authority at the above address and received on or before 17 November 2014.

It is an offence to make a false statement in relation to an application, the maximum fine being £5000.
