LICENSING ACT 2003 APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE Henry Pooler has applied to South Lakeland District Council for a premises licence for The Thirsty Rambler, 14-16 Main Street, Sedbergh, Cumbria, LA10 5BN to allow the sale/supply of alcohol between the following hours 11.00am-10.40pm Monday to Sunday. Any persons intending to make relevant representations on this application should submit them in writing by no later than 9th September 2020 to Public Protection (Licensing), South Lakeland District Council, South Lakeland House, Lowther Street, Kendal, Cumbria, LA9 4UQ or email licensing@southlakeland.gov.uk. It is an offence, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for which you may be liable to a fine of up to £5,000 on summary conviction.
