THE LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice is hereby given that I Mr Thinesan Sritharan, has applied to Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as News and Booze, 1 Catherine Terrace, New Kyo, Stanley, DH9 7TP for a New Premises Licence to permit the following proposed licensable activities: - Sale by retail of alcohol (off sales only) Monday to Saturday 08.00-23.00, Sunday 10.00-23.00. Due to the current circumstances surrounding COVID-19 if you wish to view the full application please email the Licensing Authority at licensing@durham.gov.uk A Responsible Authority or Other Party under the Licensing Act 2003 can make representations/objections to these applications. Representations must be made via email to licensing@durham.gov.uk and received by 12th September 2020. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
