Notice of Temporary Stopping up of Streets under Clause 10 and Schedule 5.

The Order provides for various works including the construction of a new railway on embankment between the Bletchley to Oxford and the London Marylebone to Birmingham railway lines adjacent to Gavray Drive in Bicester, including any necessary temporary closure of streets, which includes public footpaths, within the Order limits.
Under the powers included in Clause 10 and Schedule 5 of the Order FP129/3 is presently closed to use by the public between a point 40m north of Gavray Drive and the entrance to the pedestrian underbridge below the London to Birmingham railway. This closure period needs to be extended until 31 March 2015.

The alternative pedestrian routes from Gavray Drive are via Launton Road or A4421 Charbridge Lane and A4421 Bicester Road.
