Notice of Making of an Order Highways Act 1980 Public Path Diversion Order 2020 Footpath 4 Kelvedon

The above order, made on 8 July 2020, under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, will divert a part length of Footpath 4 Kelvedon of unknown width shown by a bold continuous line on the Order Map commencing from a point at a field boundary running in first a north westerly then north north westerly direction across an area of scrub vegetation through a building then continuing across a field for a total distance of 256 metres to a point at the field edge where the path continues unaffected, to an alternative route 2 meters in width commencing from the aforementioned start point running in a north north easterly direction across an area of scrub vegetation for a distance of 31 metres to a point at the field edge adjacent to a track then in a north north westerly direction at a width of 1 metre across a field for a final distance of 233 metres to the aforementioned end point.
