B1021 Southminster Road
EAST SIDE: From a point approximately 57.26 metres north of its junction with the northern kerb line of Grangewood Park Avenue, south for approximately 112.39 metres.
WEST SIDE:
i From its junction with the northern kerb line of Grangewood, north for approximately 57.26 metres.
ii From its junction with the southern kerb line of Grangewood, south for approximately 48.65 metres.
Grangewood Park Avenue
BOTH SIDES: From its junction with Southminster Road, westfor approximately 15.65 metres.
This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Maldon District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil EnforcementArea) Consolidation Order 2019 by introducing tile number TQ945 970 revision 0.
Date of operation: The Order will come into operation on 21 August 2020.

Application to the high court: Anyone who wishes to question the validity of the Order of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act, or any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks from the date of the making of the Order apply to the High Court for this purpose.
(Riffhams Chase, Little Baddow) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not ess than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Riffhams Chase, Little Baddow in the City of Chelmsford, from its junction with The Ridge for a distance of approximately 40m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 7th September 2020 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ0081000948854 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/ or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Cadent. An alternative route is available via Riffhams Lane, Main Road, Little Baddow Road, Runsell Lane, The Ridge and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 27th August 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Top Road, Woodham Walter) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not ess than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Top Road, Woodham Walter in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Little Baddow Road to its junction with Brook Close a distance of approximately 65m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 7th September 2020 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30076433791 -UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by UK Power Networks. An alternative route is available via The Street, Little Baddow Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 27th August 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Ulting Lane, Langford) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not ess than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Ulting Lane, Langford in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 80m southwest of its junction with Hatfield Road for a distance of approximately 55m in a southwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 6th September 2020 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ7011000964462 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Cadent.
An alternative route is available via Hatfield Road, Maldon Road, Ashfield Farm Road, Ulting Hall Road, Crouchmans Farm Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 27th August 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Green Lane, Burnham-on-Crouch) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Green Lane, Burnham-on-Crouch in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Mangapp Chase for a distance of approximately 60m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 24th August 2020 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EN013201008- Essex And Suffolk Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Essex And Suffolk Water. An alternative route is available via Southminster Road, Church Road, Maldon Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 20th August 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Wash Lane, Goldhanger) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Wash Lane, Goldhanger in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 270m south of its junction with Blind Lane for a distance of approximately 470m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 26th August 2020 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30034842045 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead cabling works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.
An alternative route is available via Maldon Road, Blind Lane and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 13th August 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
