Temporary Closure of B3143 Alton Pancras
DORSET COUNCIL has made an Order under Section 14 [1] of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, as amended. All vehicles will be prohibited from proceeding along B3143 ALTON PANCRAS between its junction with the access road to St Pancras's Church and Austral Farm, a distance of approximately 20 metres.
The Order is needed in order to comply with health and safety regulations, which require the provision of safe working areas and to minimise the likelihood of danger to highway users. It will come into operation on 21 September 2020 and will remain in force for 18 months, however it is anticipated that the works will be completed by 30 October 2020.
This Order will enable Dorset Council to carry out culvert replacement works.
A locally signed diversion route will be put in place to enable traffic to travel around the closed sections.

The County of Dorset (C58 Coldharbour, Chickerell) (40 mph Speed Limit) (No.1) Order 2020
Dorset Council has made an Order under Sections 84(1) and (2) and 124(1)(d) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
When the order comes into operation on 28 August 2020 the effect of the Order will be to:
- Revoke the existing 30 mph limit along School Hill. This 30mph limit is by virtue of streetlighting and therefore this order is no longer required.

- Introduce a new 40mph length

Temporary Traffic Management Order Horton Road, Three Legged Cross
DORSET COUNCIL has made an Order under Section 14 [1] of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, as amended. The Order is needed in order to comply with health and safety regulations which require the provision of safe working areas and to minimise the likelihood of danger to highway users. It will come into operation on 14th September 2020 and will remain in force for 18 months and can be extended with the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport if necessary; however, it is anticipated that the works will be completed by 19th September 2020.
This Order will enable Dorset Council to carry out carriageway maintenance and resurfacing works. The effect of this notice isto impose a temporary 10 mph speed limit to facilitate convoy working along C2 Horton Road, Three Legged Cross, between the junction with Slough Lane to the junction with West Moors Road (in both directions), a distance of approximately 2760 metres.
Clearways, indicated by signs on site, will be imposed on each road to prevent waiting or parking on the highway or verge in these locations. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by this Notice maybe removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

The County of Dorset (C81, known locally as "The Coombe" Puddletown) (30 mph Speed Limit) (No. 2) Order 2020
Dorset Council has made an Order under Sections 84(1) and (2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act
1984.
When the Order comes into operation on 28 August 2020 the effect of the order will be to change the existing national speed limit to 30 mph speed limit on the C81, known locally as The Coombe, Puddletown.

Temporary Traffic Management Order, Weymouth Harbour (North And South), Weymouth
DORSET COUNCIL has made an Order under Section 14 [1] of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, as amended. It will come into operation on 14 August 2020 and can remain in force for a maximum of 18 months. This can be extended with the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport if necessary. It is anticipated that
the restrictions will only be in use until the end of the summer season 2020. All restrictions will be operational as and when indicated by the traffic signs on site. Vehicle exemption is detailed below. This Order will enable Dorset Council to facilitate social distancing provisions for pedestrians and businesses due to COVID-19. The effect of this order is;
Harbourside North (Roads specified below) - All vehicles will be prohibited except emergency vehicles, vehicles requiring access to properties/businesses within the closure area, and refuse vehicles. All restrictions will be 24 hours a day unless stated otherwise.
(1) To impose a road closure on Custom House Quay, Weymouth from the junction with East Street to Weymouth Town Bridge between 10:30hrs and 18:00hrs daily or as and when indicated by signs on site.

(2) To revoke the existing one way order on Maiden Street, Weymouth between Helen Lane and Custom House Quay and impose a two way traffic flow allowing for access to be maintained.

(3) To suspend 21 existing one hour parking bays on the south side of Custom House Quay, Weymouth between the junction of East Street, and Maiden Street, to facilitate sitting out areas.

(4) To suspend existing pay and display and Zone F residents permit parking zone bays, on Custom House Quay, Weymouth between The Esplanade and South Parade and impose residents only permit parking for zone F permit holders only within these bays.

(5) To suspend 10 existing pay & display and Zone F residents permit parking zone bays on Pilgrims Way Weymouth between the Esplanade and Custom House Quayand impose residents only permit parking for zone F permit holders only within these bays.

(6) To suspend 2 existing pay & display and Zone F residents permit parking zone bays on Custom House Quay, Weymouth between 19 and 20 Custom House Quay to facilitate sitting out areas.

(7) To suspend 5 existing one hour parking bays opposite no 9, Custom House Quay, Weymouth.

(8) To suspend 2 existing one hour parking bays opposite no 10, Custom House Quay, Weymouth, to facilitate sitting out areas.

(9) To suspend 3 existing one hour parking bays opposite no 11, Custom House Quay, Weymouth, and impose 20 minute loading/unloading only restriction within these bays.

(10) To suspend 5 existing one hour parking bays opposite no 12 to opposite no 14, Custom House Quay, Weymouth to facilitate sitting out areas.

(11) To impose a left turn exit only on Helens Lane Weymouth at the junction with East Street.

(12) To impose a right turn exit only on Helens lane, Weymouth at the junction with Maiden Street.

Harbourside South (Roads specified below) - All vehicles will be prohibited except emergency vehicles, vehicles requiring access to properties/businesses within the closure area, and refuse vehicles. All restrictions will be 24 hours a day unless stated otherwise.
(1) To impose a road closure on Trinity Road, Weymouth at the junction with Weymouth Town Bridge (North Quay, Weymouth), between 10:30hrs and 18:00hrs daily, or as and when indicated by the signs on site.

(2) To impose a road closure on Cove Street, Weymouth from the junction with Hope Street (outside The Red Lion) to the junction with Cove Row (outside The Old Room Inn), between 10:30hrs and 18:00hrs daily or as and when indicated by the signs on site. All vehicles will be prohibited except emergency vehicles and refuse vehicles.

(3) To suspend 8 existing one hour no return and Zone L residents permit parking zone bays on Hope Street, Weymouth from approximately opposite no 17 to no 24, and impose residents only permit parking for zone L permit holders only within these bays.

(4) To suspend 2 existing one hour no return and Zone L residents permit parking zone bays, on Hope Street, Weymouth approximately opposite no 24, and impose a 20 minute loading/unloading only restriction within these bays.

(5) To suspend 2 existing one hour no return and Zone L residents permit parking zone bays, on Cove Row, Weymouth, opposite Mutiny House, Weymouth and impose a 20 minute loading/ unloading only restriction within these bays.

(6) To suspend 9 existing one hour no return and Zone L residents permit parking zone bays, on Cove Row, Weymouth from approximately opposite no 7 to opposite no 1, and impose residents only permit parking for zone L permit holders only within these bays.

(7) To suspend 2 existing one hour no return and Zone L residents permit parking zone bays, on Cove Row, Weymouth approximately opposite no 1, Weymouth, to facilitate a sitting out area.

(8) To suspend 2 existing one hour no return and Zone L residents permit parking zone bays, on Trinity Road, Weymouth approximately opposite no 1, Weymouth, and impose a 20 minute loading/ unloading only restriction within these bays.

(9) To suspend 6 existing one hour no return and Zone L residents permit parking zone bays, on Trinity Road, Weymouth from approximately opposite no 1 to opposite no 2, and impose residents only permit parking for zone L permit holders only within these bays.

(10) To suspend 2 existing one hour no return and Zone L residents permit parking zone bays, on Trinity Road, Weymouth approximately opposite no 3, Weymouth, to facilitate a sitting out area.

(11) To suspend 2 existing one hour no return and Zone L residents permit parking zone bays on Trinity Road, Weymouth, approximately opposite no 13, Trinity Road, and impose a 20 minute loading/unloading only restriction within these bays.

(12) To suspend 2 existing one hour no return and Zone L residents permit parking zone bays on Trinity Road, Weymouth approximately opposite no 14, to facilitate a sitting out area.

(13) To suspend 3 existing one hour no return and Zone L residents permit parking zone bays on Trinity Road, Weymouth approximately opposite no 15 to opposite no 18, Trinity Road, and impose residents only permit parking for zone L permit holders within these bays.

(14) To suspend 2 existing one hour no return and Zone L residents permit parking zone bays on Trinity Road, Weymouth approximately opposite no 19, Trinity Road, to facilitate a sitting out area.

(15) To suspend the existing one hour no return and Zone L residents permit parking zone bays on Trinity Street, Weymouth approximately outside no 20 to 24, Trinity Street, and impose residents only permit parking for zone L permit holders only within these bays.

(16) To suspend the existing one hour no return and Zone L permit parking bay on

St Leonards Road, Weymouth at the side of the Galley Bistro, Weymouth and impose a 20 minute loading/unloading only restriction within this bay.

Temporary Closure of Water Lane, Winfrith Newburgh
DORSET COUNCIL intend, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under Section 14 [1] of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, as amended. All vehicles will be prohibited from proceeding along WATER LANE, WINFRITH NEWBURGH, between its junction with the A352 and the vehicular entrance to Portway Farm, (in both directions), a distance of approximately 95 metres. The Order is needed to comply with health and safety regulations which require the provision of safe working areas and to minimise the likelihood of danger to highway users. It will come into operation on 14th September 2020 and will remain in force for 18 months. However, it is anticipated that the works will be completed by 09th October 2020. This Order will enable Dorset Council to repair and extend a damaged retaining structure in the stream which supports the carriageway.
A locally signed diversion route, via West Lulworth and Wool, will be put in place to enable traffic to travel around the closed section.
