We Amy's Kitchen And Bar Ltd give notice that we have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for variation of a Premises Licence in respect of Amy's Kitchen And Bar, Penventon Nursery, Gwennap, Redruth, TR16 6AS The application is to: Extend the supply of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises, Monday to Sunday from 09:00-18:00 to 09:00-01:00 and to extend the opening hours, Monday to Sunday from 09:00-18:30 to 09:00-01:30 & to add Recorded Music, Monday to Sunday: 23:00-01:00. To remove all Conditions on the existing Licence and add those Conditions referred to in the Operating Schedule. A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Cornwall Council, Dolcoath Avenue, Camborne, TR14 8SX or email licensing@cornwall.gov.uk not later than 8th September 2020.
