Notice is hereby given that Garry James Brookes has applied to Weymouth & Portland Borough Council for a variation of a Premises Licence in respect of: No.4 Boutique and Cafe, 4 St Alban Street, Weymouth, DT4 8BZ. The proposed variation is: The sale of regulated alcohol generally between the hours of 10am and 6pm from Monday to Sunday inclusive. Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations regarding the above mentioned application in writing to Business Licensing, Weymouth & Portland Borough Council, North Quay, Weymouth, Dorset, DT4 8TA within 28 days from the date of this notice.  It is an offence under section 158 of the licensing act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale (£5,000).
