FORDHAM HEATH Parish of Eight Ash Green Borough of Colchester County of Essex

Eight Ash Green Parish Council has applied to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for consent under section 38 of the Commons Act 2006 to carry out restricted works on Fordham Heath. The Planning Inspectorate will decide the application on behalf of the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs. The proposed works are: The erection of play equipment in an area covering approx 240.7 Sq metres The works will be located to the east the bridleway, behind the existing cricket pavilion, with access via a mown grass path to the adjacent car park. The works will not be fenced, and will be constructed of natural wooden materials.
