I, Christopher Dikvorth, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that an application has been submitted to Blackburn With Darwen Borough Council for a variation of the Premises Licence in relation to The Havelock Inn, Havelock Street, Blackburn, BB2 2QA, a brief cescnpbon of the nature of the proposed variation berg as follows: To amend the plans which accompany the premises licence to permit sales of alcohol in an external part of the premises; to remove outdated and/or redundant conditions from the premises licence and replace them with alternative conditions. Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in connection with the application.
