Notice is hereby given that we James Hall & Company Ltd have applied on 5th August 2020 to Bury Metropolitan Borough Council for a Premises licence for SPAR Stores, 207 Bury and Bolton Road Radcliffe M26 4JY to allow the opening and the sale and supply of alcohol of the Premises between the following hours: Monday - Sunday 06:00am - 23:00pm. Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Unit Manager, 3 Knowsley Place Duke Street Bury BL9 0EJ. For any representation to be considered it must be received within 28 days from the date of the application, A full copy of this application may be viewed at the above off ces between 10.00am and 4.00pm, Monday to Friday. IT IS AN OFFENCE, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for which you may be liable to a fine of up to £5000 on summary conviction.
