(Byway 45 (Wiggins Lane), Little Burstead) (Temporary Prohibition of Motor Vehicles & Horse Drawn Vehicles) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily prohibit motor vehicles & horse drawn vehicles from using Byway 45 (Wiggins Lane), Little Burstead in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with Tye Common Road, north for approximately 860 metres. The prohibition of motor vehicles & horse drawn vehicles is scheduled to commence on 24/08/2020 to 20/09/2020 or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting. The restriction is required for the safety of the public and workforce while surface improvement works are undertaken to the byway.
The alternative route for motor vehicles & horse drawn vehicles will be via Tye Common Road. Access for emergency service vehicles, pedal cycles, horse riders and pedestrians will be maintained at all times during the works. Access will also be permitted to properties on or adjacent to the Byway.
The Order will come into effect on 24/08/2020 and may continue in force for 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Church Road, Ramsden Bellhouse) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Church Road, Ramsden Bellhouse in the Borough of Basildon, from a point approximately 75m north of its junction with Ramsden Park Road for a distance of approximately 80m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 3rd September 2020 for 1 day or where stated on a valid permit (KL701SSV-27-14-030920 - Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while bridge inspection works are undertaken by Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd. An alternative route is available via Church Road, London Road, Castledon Road, School Road, Downham Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 20th August 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Hannett Road, Canvey Island) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hannett Road, Canvey Island in the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with Smallgains Avenue to its junction with Holbek Road, a distance of approximately 315m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 4th September 2020 for 60 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ0071000916438 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while mains replacement works are undertaken by Cadent. An alternative route is available via Smallgains Avenue, Henson Avenue, Holbek Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 20th August 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Tye Common Road, Little Burstead) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Tye Common Road, Little Burstead in the Borough of Basildon from its junction with Sudburys Farm Road to its junction with Botney Hill Road a distance of approximately 1050m.The Closure is scheduled to commence on 1st September 2020 for 4 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2297908 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while signage and vegetation removal works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Clock House Road, Laindon Common Road, Noak Hill Road, Noak Hill Road Roundabout, Bell Hill Roundabout, Southend Road, Sun Street, London Road, Laindon Road, Tye Common Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 20th August 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Various Roads, Borough of Basildon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Clearway) (No.8) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close the various lengths of road in the Borough of Basildon as specified in the schedule to this Order.

2. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads for the duration of the closures to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping restriction will be in force.

"The Essex County Council (Basildon Borough) (Prohibition ofWaiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil EnforcementArea) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 20th August 2020, exact dates will be specified on One.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase of works and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close the various lengths of road in the Borough of Brentwood as specified in the schedule to this Order.

2. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads for the duration of the closures to facilitate the works. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1 To temporarily close that length of the offslip for Sadlers Farm Roundabout from A13 Pitsea Bypass, Bowers Gifford and North Benfleet in the Borough of Basildon (eastbound only), from its junction with A13 to its junction with Sadlers Farm Roundabout a distance approximately 725m.
2. To temporarily close that length of Canvey Way from its junction with Sadlers Farm Roundabout to its junction with A130 (Northbound onslip only) a distance of approximately 750m.

3. To temporarily introduce a 50mph speed limit in that length of the A13 from the junction with Broadway Link Roundabout (PItsea) to the offslip for Sadlers Farm Roundabout from A13 Pitsea Bypass, Bowers Gifford and North Benfleet in the Borough of Basildon (eastbound only).

The restrictions are scheduled to commence on 12th August 2020 for 20 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP02231004193-Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The restrictions are required for the safety of the public and workforce while bridge reconstruction works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Canvey Way, Pitsea Bypass, A130 New Bypass. The Order came into effect on 12th August 2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
