Application for a Sex Establishment License under the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1982, Part II, Schedule 3

Notice is hereby given that I Timothy Martin Hemming of Simply Pleasure Ltd, Applied on 27 October 2014 to Oxford City Council in respect of the premises known as Simply, Pleasure.com, for a license to use the premises as a 'Sex Shop'.

Any person wishing to oppose the application should write to the Head of Environmental Development, Oxford

City Council, 3rd Floor St Aldates Chambers, 109 St Aldates, Oxford OX1 1DS, by no later than 24 November 2014.

Letters in support should also be sent to the Head of Environmental Development by that date. Please note that any written representations received in response to this consultation are likely to be required to be made available for public inspection in accordance with the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985.
