Licensing Act 2003 - Section 17(5) Notice is hereby given that Abberton & Langenhoe Community Benefit Society has applied in respect of The Lion Corner Community Shop, 1 Lion Corner, Langenhoe for a premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for the sale of alcohol Mondays to Sundays from 07.00 to 20.00. Representations to this application must be made in writing, by 8 September 2020, to the Licensing Authority, Colchester Borough Council, PO Box 889, Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, CO3 3WG or licensing.team@colchester.gov.uk. The register of licensing applications can be inspected online at http://www.colchester.gov.uk/licensingregister It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is £5000.
