Notice is hereby given that Brancepeth Castle Golf Club have applied to Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as BRANCEPETH CASTLE GOLF CLUB, THE CLUBHOUSE, BRANCEPETH CO DURHAM DH7 8EA for the grant of a Premises Licence to permit the following proposed licensable activities:- Sale of alcohol (on and off sales), Regulated Entertainment & Late Night Refreshment between the hours of 09.00 to 01.30, Live Music (indoors only) from 12.00 – 00.00. All activities - Monday to Sunday inclusive. A record of this application may be inspected at the Council’s offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham. DH7 8RS on weekdays between 9.30 am and 4.00 pm. Any representations about this application must be made in writing by 17th November 2014 and sent to:- Durham County Council, Licensing, PO Box 617, Durham. DH1 9HZ Or e-mail to Licensing@durham.gov.uk. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
