PUBLIC NOTICE LICENSING APPLICATION LICENSING ACT 2003

An application has been made by SOUTHLANDS VALLEY WINES & GREYHOUND BREWERY To

Horsham District Council Licensing Authority for the grant of a Premises License for rear buildings at 44 Penfold Way, Steyning BN44 3PG

The application includes proposals to THE RETAIL SALE OF ALCOHOL FOR CONSUMPTION OFF THE PREMISES ONLY 08.00 AM TO 20.00 DAILY (ON-LINE BUSINESS)

The application can be viewed by appointment at the offices of Horsham District Council at Parkside, Chart Way, Horsham, RH12 1RL.

Representations can be made at any time between 24th July 2020 to 20th August 2020

All representations must be in writing (including email or fax) addressed to the Public Health and Licensing department at Horsham District Council.

It is an offence for anyone to recklessly or knowingly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application. The maximum fine on conviction is £5000.00.
