Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Stonegate Pub Company Limited in respect of Premises known as The Harrow, High Street, Cheam, SM3 8RL applied to London Borough of Sutton for a Variation of a Premises Licence. The proposed variation is: I.To vary the layout of the premises in accordance with plans supplied by the applicant to permit the sale of alcohol from the bar servery in the external area as shown on trie plan submitted to permit both on and off sales. There are no changes to the first floor layout 2. To add conditions to the Premises Licence, as detailed in the application, There are no changes to the permitted hours and licensable activities. There are no changes to the first floor layout Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing ■ Regulatory Services, London Borough of Sutton, 24 Denmark Road, Carshalton,SM5 2JG, no later than 28 August 2020 stating the grounds for representation.
