Application for a Premises Licence

Renaissance Retirement Ltd has applied to Christchurch Borough Council for a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 for the premises known as and situate at Fleur De Lis, 41A High Street, Christchurch, Dorset, BH23 1AS and propose to carry on the following activities:-
Sale of Alcohol , and / late night refreshment Monday to Sunday 09:00-23:00

Responsible Authorities are defined under the Licensing Act 2003 or any other person may make representations in writing on the proposals in the application but these must be submitted between 22/10/2014 -19/11/2014.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly, make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is level 5 of the standard scale (£5000 , January 2005).
