I, Joao Aberto Da Silva Marques of Ground Floor Flat, 6 South View Place, Bournemouth, BH2 5PN to apply for a Variation to a Premises Licence for the premises known as Aldora Mini Market at 5 Wonderholme Parade, Bournemouth, BH10 4DQ. HEREBY GIVE NOTICE THAT I have applied to BCP Council Licensing Authority on 28th day of July 2020 for a Premises Licence Variation under the Licensing Act 2003. The following licensable activities will be provided during the following times and starting from the 25th day of August 2020. Activities to add to our existent activities: Sale of Alcohol Monday to Sunday - 10.00am to 22:00pm ON License. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Team, Bournemouth Borough Council, Town Hall Annexe, St Stephen's Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6EA or licensing@bcpcouncil.gov.uk. Representations must be received no later than 25th August 2020. The Application Record may be viewed between the hours 9:00 and 16:00 Monday to Friday at the above address or on the website www.bcpcouncil.gov.uk. Under Section 158 Licensing Act 2003, it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly, make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction may be subject to an unlimited fine (level 5 on the standard scale).
