NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Authentique La Boulangerie Ltd has applied to London Borough of Barnet on 28 July 2020 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at Authentique La Boulangerie, 1324-1326 High Road, London, N20 9HJ for the sale by retail of alcohol, Monday to Sunday 09:00-22:00; as more particularly set out in the application. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Barnet Licensing Team, 8th Floor, 2 Bristol Avenue, Colindale, Barnet, NW9 4EW to be received by no later than 25 August 2020 stating the grounds for making said representation. The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website www. barnet.gov.uk or by appointment at the Council’s offices during office hours. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
