LICENSING ACT 2003 The Cove Holdings Ltd give notice that we have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for the variation of a Premises Licence in respect of The Cove Restaurant & Bar, Maenporth Beach, Falmouth, TR11 5HN. The application is to change the opening hours of the business from Monday to Saturday 11.00-00:00 to Monday to Saturday 09:00-00:00 and on Sunday from 11.00-23.30 to 09:00-23:30 in order to establish a breakfast service. A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Licensing Team, Cornwall Council, Dolcoath Avenue, Camborne, TR14 8SX or email licensing@cornwall.gov.uk not later than Monday 28th August 2020.
