LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION
FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17
Notice is hereby given that on the 28th July 2020
T.J Morris Limited t/a Home Bargains applied to
Bradford Metropolitan District Council for a Premises
Licence in respect of premises Home Bargains,
50 Valley Road, Bradford BD1 4AA. The proposed
licensable activities are;- 1. The sale by retail of alcohol
on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 00.00 to
24.00. Any representations by a responsible authority
or any other person regarding this application must be
received in writing by;- Bradford Metropolitan District
Council, Argus Chambers, Hall Ings, Bradford BD1

than the 25th August 2020 stating the grounds for
representations. The register of Bradford Metropolitan
District Council and the record of the application may
be inspected at the above address between the hours
of 09.00 – 17.00 Monday to Thursday and 09.00 –
16.30 Friday. Please contact the licensing authority.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with an application. The fine
for which a person is liable on summary conviction for
the offence is unlimited.
