BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNCIL
The Council has made Buckinghamshire Council (Chartridge Lane, Chesham in the Parish of Chesham CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2020 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Chartridge Lane from Berkley Avenue for approximately 781 metres. Alternative route: Chartridge Lane, Park Road, Broad Street, Berkhampstead Road, Nashleigh Hill, Ashley Green Road, Chesham Road, A41 Junc With A416 Chesham Road Westbound Onslip, A41 From Junc With A416 Chesham Road To Junc With A4251 Tring Road, A41 Tring Bypass, Tring Hill, Upper Icknield Way, Tring Road, High Street, London Road, Rocky Lane, Chesham Lane, Red Lion Hill and vice versa. The closure is required whilst foul and storm water drainage works take place commencing on 17th August 2020 between 00:00 and 23:59. This road will be closed for the duration of the works. The Council has made Buckinghamshire Council (Orchard Lane, Prestwood in the Parish of Great Missenden CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2020 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Orchard Lane for adistance of approximately 57 metres. Alternative route: High Street, Nairdwood Lane, Honor Road and vice versa. The closure is required whilst UKPN cabling works take place commencing on 10 August 2020 between 08:00 and 17:00. Road closure will be on for the duration of the works. The proposed Order will come into operation on 10 August 2020, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

The Council intends to make Buckinghamshire Council (Alexandra Road, High Wycombe) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2020 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Alexandra Road for adistance of approximately 60 metres. Alternative route: Clarendon Road, Hatters Lane, London Road, Pinions Road and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Cadent Gas new connection works take place commencing on 17 August 2020 between 08:00 and 18:00. Road will be closed for the duration of the works. Temporary parking restrictions from junction of Pinnions Road to outside No6 Alexandra Road. The proposed Order will come into operation on 17 August 2020, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

Alternative route: Chesham Road, Wiggington Road, Cholesbury Lane, Hawridge Hill and vice versa. The closure is required whilst electricity mains cable laying take place commencing on 14 August 2020 between 09:00 and 17:00. The proposed Order will come into operation on 14 August 2020, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

The closure is required whilst gas service installation works take place commencing on 10 August 2020 between 08:00 and 17:00. The proposed Order will come into operation on 10 August 2020, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

The closure is required whilst Openreach ducting works take place commencing on 13 August 2020 between 08:00 and 17:00. The proposed Order will come into operation on 13 August 2020, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

Alternative route: Upper Icknield Way, Bledlow Road, Picts Lane, Shootacre Lane and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Drainage improvement works take place commencing on 10 August 2020 between 08:00 and 17:00. The proposed Order will come into operation on 10 August 2020, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

(AMENDMENT NO.1050) ORDER 2020
Notice is hereby given that on 31st July 2020; Buckinghamshire Council made the above-named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order, which comes into operation on 7th August 2020, is to amend waiting restrictions along Parkway, Marlow as specified inthe schedule below.
Acopyofthe Order and Plans showing the lengths of road affected, together with acopyofthe Council's Statement of Reasons for making the Order may be inspected during normal office hours at County Hall, Aylesbury and during normal opening hours at MarlowLibrary. Further details are also available on the Buckinghamshire Council web page under Decisions.
If you wish to question the validity of this Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement ofthis Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to these Orders, you may within six weeks from 31st July 2020 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
