Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Bridge Street, Finchingfield in the District of Braintree, from its junction with The Green for a distance of approximately 25m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 14th August 2020 for 15 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH10002934 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while bridge repair works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Fairstead Road, Terling in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Peg Millars Lane to its junction with Hatfield Road a distance of approximately 1530m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 18th August 2020 for 4 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2283824 ? Essex County Council). Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the RoadTraffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Chipping Hill/Powers Hall End, Witham in the District of Braintree, from the junction with Braintree Road to the junction with Spa Road, a distance of approximately 800m.
2. To temporarily suspend the 7.5 tonne weight limit in that length of Bridge Street/ Newlands Street, Witham in the District of Braintree from the junction with Mill Lane to the junction with Maldon Road as detailed in 'The Essex County Council (Bridge Street & Newlands Street, Witham) (7.5 Tonne Weight Restriction) Order 2009'.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close the various lengths of road in the District of Braintree as specified in the schedule.
2. A temporary'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads and those in schedule 2 for the duration of the closures to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping restriction will be in force.
"The Essex County Council (Braintree District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 23rd July 2020, exact dates will be specified on One.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase of works and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.
