Parish of Oake Temporary Closure of Allerford Road
TAKE NOTICE that in pursuance of Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, the County Council of Somerset have made an Order PROHIBITING ALL TRAFFIC from proceeding along Allerford Road for a distance of approximately 190 metres. This order will enable Sunbelt Rentals to carry out works to replace defective pole on behalf of BT Openreach.
The Order becomes effective on 30th July 2020 and will remain in force for eighteen months. The works are expected to commence on 7th August 2020 until 8th August 2020 between the hours of (22:00 - 06:00) for a total of 1 night.
