Notice is hereby given that Bury Council has resolved that the
following fares for hackney carriages shall apply throughout Bury in
accordance with Section 65 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous
Provisions) Act 1976

If any person wishes to object to these fares, the objection should be made in writing
not more than 14 days from the date of this publication to Licensing Unit Manager, 3
Knowsley Place, Duke Street, Bury, BL9 0EJ or by email to licensing@bury.gov.uk
If no objections are received, the table of fares will come into force at the earliest
opportunity and by 30th September at the latest.
