Notice of application (on 21 July 2020) to Warrington Borough Council for the Grant a Premises Licence by Brothers Holdings Ltd for Brothers Burgers, 4b Bold Street, Warrington WAI IDR to allow the Sale by Retail of Alcohol (on/off sales) 1000 to 2200hrs Sunday - Thursday & to 2300hrs Friday & Saturday. A full copy of the above application is kept by the Licensing Section, Warrington Borough Council, New Town House, Buttermarket Street, Warrington, WAI 2NH. The application can be viewed Monday to Friday 9.00am to 4.00pm except bank holidays. Any person wishing to make representation in respect of the application must do so in writing to the Licensing Section at the above address no later than 18 August 2020. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable with an unlimited fine on summary conviction.
