PROPOSED INTRODUCTION/AMENDMENT/REMOVAL OF WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTIONS, DISABLED

BAYS AND PARKING PLACES - VARIOUS LOCATIONS THE HARINGEY (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (AMENDMENT NO. *) ORDER 202*, THE HARINGEY (FREE PARKING PLACES) (DISABLED PERSONS) (PERMIT PARKING PLACES) (AMENDMENT *) ORDER 202* AND VARIOUS CONTROLLED PARKING ZONE AMENDMENT ORDERS-T41/T42

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Haringey proposes to make the above mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.



The general effect of the Orders would be

2. To Revoke: -



(i) Permit parking opposite no. 167 Park View Road N17;



(ii) Resident permit holders only on Pretoria Road, N15, at its junction with Durban Road, by 5.2 metres on the southern side and 7.9 metres on the northern side;



(Mi) Waiting restriction indicated by a single yellowline on Chesterfield Gardens outside of the garage of 18 Warwick Gardens, N4

(iv) Waiting restriction indicated by a double yellow line outside 33-37 Waltheof Gardens, N17;



(v) Disabled parking bays outside or alongside the following properties; 140 Sylvan Avenue, N22, 198, 200 & 210 Stapleton Hall Road, N4



3. To Introduce: -



(i) No loading at any time, indicated by double kerb markings at the following location; at the junction of Beaufoy Road N17 and White Hart Lane N17, both sides of the road;



(ii) No waiting at any time, indicated by double yellow lines at the following locations; opposite nos. 8-10 Devonshire Court N17, towards the junction with Devonshire Lane N17; opposite no. 167 Park View Road N17, outside gate entrance to Campsbourne Junior School on Boyton Road N8; at the junction of no. 25 and Bedale House on Boyton Road N8; outside the entrance to Wat Tyler House and outside the entrance to Bedale House on Boyton Road N8; at the entrance to Chacewater House on Boyton Road N8, 4m in length; outside the back refuse entrance to Shelly House on Brook Road N8, by 5 meters in length; outside Stokley Court on Brook Road N8, by 6 meters in length; on both side of the road outside 126 Bailey Close to the western property boundary of 1 Bailey Close, N11 ;



(iii) No waiting, indicated by a single yellow line between Mon-Fri, 7am-6.30pm and permit holders only on event days Mon - Fri, 6.30pm-8.30pm, Sat, Sun & Bank Holidays noon - 8pm outside 33-37 Waltheof Gardens, N17;



(iv) Resident permit holders only operating at CPZ times on Chesterfield Gardens outside of the garage of 18 Warwick Gardens, N4



(v) An extension in length of existing no waiting at any time restrictions, indicated by double yellow lines at the following locations; the junction of Eastfield Road N8 and Boyton Road N8, on the south side by 3 meters in length; at the junction of Boyton Close N8 and Boyton Road N8, on the north side by 4 meters in length; at the junction of Brook Road N8 and Boyton Road N8, the north side, by 3 meters in length; on Pretoria Road, N15, at its junction with Durban Road, by 5.2 metres on the southern side and 7.9 metres on the northern side; on The Avenue N10, opposite CUFOS Community Centre, by 3.9 metres;



(vi) Dedicated Disabled Parking Bays operating at any time, at a maximum of 6.6 metres in length outside or alongside the following properties in the London Borough of Haringey; 26 Elmhurst Road, N17, 52 Ferme Park Road, N4, 26 Briston Grove, N8, 48 Waverley Road, N17, 32 Southey Road, N15, 11 Cavell road, N17, 6 Fitzroy Court, 57-59 Shepherds Hill, N6. The Dedicated Disabled Parking Bay would specifically be for the use of the permit holder for which it would be authorised. No other permit or blue badge would be valid for use within the proposed parking place except for the permit for which it was issued.



4. Copies of the proposed Orders, and of the Council's statement of reasons for making the Orders, and plans showing the location and effect of the Orders may be inspected during normal office working hours until the end of a period of 6 weeks from the date on which the Orders are made or the Council decides not to make the Orders, at the reception desk, Alexandra House, 10 Station Road, Wood Green, N22 7TR or can be viewed online at

www.haringey.gov.uk/

traffic_orders.



5. Any person desiring to object to the proposed Orders or make other representation should send a statement in writing of either their objection and the grounds thereof or of their representation to the Traffic Management Group, River Park House, 1st floor, 225, High Road, Wood Green, N22 SHQ or to

traffic.orders@haringey.gov.uk

within 21 days from the date of this Notice.
