VARIOUS ROADS - PROPOSED REMOVAL OF DISABLED PERSONS PARKING PLACES AND PROPOSED INTRODUCTION OF DEDICATED DISABLED PARKING PLACES - T33
THE HARINGEY (FREE PARKING PLACES) (DISABLED PERSONS) (PERMIT PARKING PLACES) ORDER 2020 AND VARIOUS CONTROLLED PARKING ZONE AMENDMENT ORDERS
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Harlngey on 29th of July 2020 made the above mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

2. The general effect of the Orders will be:

(i) To upgrade existing Disabled Parking Bays to Dedicated Disabled Parking Bays operating at any time, at a maximum of 6.6 metres in length outside or alongside the following properties in the London Borough of Haringey;

(ii) To implement Dedicated Disabled Parking Bays, operating at any time, at a maximum of 6.6 metres in length, outside or alongside the following properties in the London Borough of Haringey;

8 Cumberton Road, 53 Eldon Road, 23 Everington Road, N17 N22 N10

The Dedicated Disabled Parking Bay would specifically be for the use of the permit holder for which it would be authorised. No other permit or blue badge would be valid for use within the proposed parking place except for the permit for which it was issued.
(iii)To remove the Disabled Parking Bay, operating at any time, at a maximum of 6.6 metres in length, outside or alongside the following properties in the London Borough of Haringey;
54 Durnsford Road, 51 Ladysmith Road, 9 Passmore N11 N17 Gardens, N11


(iv) To revoke the relevant underlying Controlled Parking Zone restrictions at the locations mentioned in Section 2(ii) of this notice.

(v) To implement the relevant surrounding Controlled Parking Zone restrictions at the locations mentioned in Section 2(iii) of this notice.

(vi) The disabled order would act as an amendment to 'The Haringey (Free Parking Places) (Disabled Person) (Permit Parking Places) Order 2020'

3. Copies of the Orders referred to above, which will come into force on 26th August 2020, of plans which indicates the locations and effects of the Orders, and of a Statement of Reasons for making the Orders, may be inspected at the reception desk, Alexandra House, 10 Station Road, Wood Green, N22 7TR or can be viewed online, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made,

4. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it does not comply with the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made there under have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
