LICENSING ACT 2003 Elliott-Cannon Associates Ltd (D.8.A. LA PENICHE) give notice that we have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for the granting of a Premises License in respect of LA PENICHE, CAFE & BISTRO, North Quay, Quay Street, Falmouth, Cornwall, TR11 3HH. The application is to include the provision of films, live and recorded music between the hours 08:00 to 22:00 7 days a week. Any interested party or responsible authority wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Licensing Team West Cornwall Council Licensing, Public Health and Protection, Cornwall Council, East Wing Second floor, Dolcoath Avenue, Camborne, Cornwall, TR14 8SX not later than 17th August, 2020. A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority's address Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5,000.
