Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 Notice is hereby given that we Chet Bahadur Rana and Khusiman Gurung have applied to Richmondshire District Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Little Buddha Nepalese Takeaway, 25 Hildyard Row, Catterick Garrison, North Yorkshire, DL9 4DH. The proposed licensable activities are: Alcohol, Recorded Music & opening hours are 11:30-24:00 every day. Any person wishing to submit relevant representations to this application must give notice in writing to the address shown above and recieved by: 18/08/2020 stating the grounds for representation. It is an offence under S.158 Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
