TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 Planning Permission Is Sought For The Following: 20/0942/FUL/PHA: Land At 1A Shenley Road, Borehamwood. Reason: Major Development.
20/1021/VOC/PHA: Former Hertswood School, Thrift Farm Lane, Borehamwood, WD6 ITS. Application for variation of condition 11 (plans) to include minor changes to the siting of plots 1, 2, 5 & 6, additional landscaping between plots 3 & 4 and changes to parking surface following grant of planning permission 19/0117/FUL. Reason: Major Development.
20/1020/FUL/GO: Maisonette, 5 Oak Tree Court, Barnet Lane, Elstree, Hertfordshire, WD6 3HF. Construction of single storey rear extension. Reason: Conservation Area & Green Belt.
20/1026/HSE/GO: Greenways House, Elstree Hill South, Elstree, WD6 3DE. Demolition of existing detached garage and construction of mixed-use annexe adjacent to main property. Reason: Conservation Area & Green Belt.

Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.
If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
