Reason: Major Development.
20/1020/FUL/GO: Maisonette, 5 Oak Tree Court, Barnet Lane, Elstree, Hertfordshire, WD6 3HF. Construction of single storey rear extension. Reason: Conservation Area & Green Belt.
20/1026/HSE/GO: Greenways House, Elstree Hill South, Elstree, WD6 3DE. Demolition of existing detached garage and construction of mixed-use annexe adjacent to main property. Reason: Conservation Area & Green Belt.

If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
