Re GEORGE HAROLD NEWSOM and MARGARET AMY NEWSOM, deceased
Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 any persons having a claim against or an interest in the estates and trusts of the Wills of either of the above named (late of respectively The Old Vicarage, Bishop's Cannings, and The Lawn, Potterne Road, Devizes, both in Wiltshire, who died on respectively the 14th February 1992 and the 12th January 2019) are required to send particulars thereof in writing to George L. Newsom at Briars Cottage, Tracebridge, Wellington, Somerset, TA21 OHG (acting on behalf of all of the surviving executors and trustees) by the 30th day of September 2020 after which date the estate and trusts will be distributed having regard only to claims and interests of which the executors and trustees have had notice.
