Public Notice Licensing Act 2003 To whom it may concern: I Delyth Pierce Pullen do hearby give notice that I have applied to the Licensing Authority (Conwy Borough Council) for Premises Licence at Llanrwst Road, Ty'n-y-Groes, Conwy LL32 8TJ know as Y Llew Coch. The application is to sell alcohol both on and off the premises daily, between the hours of 11.00 and 22.30. Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to the Head of Licensing Services, PO Box 1, Conwy, LL30 9GN not later than 28 days after the date of this notice. Representations received after this date will not be considered. A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority's address during normal office hours. (Coed Pella, Conway Road, Colwyn Bay. LL29 7AZ. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5.000.
