Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make an Order to close temporarily to all users: Bridleway 24, Donhead St Andrew; from its junction with Milkwell to its junction with Overway Lane to enable Replacement of 800m of water main within the highway to provide a more resilient service to local properties. Alternative routes: Overway Lane - Milkwell and vice versa. The closure and diversion route will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order will come into operation on 17 August 2020 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required for 16 weeks. The Order will have a maximum duration of six months. A) College Road (Part), Durrington;
from its property know as Jasmine, College Road for a distance of approximately 45 metres in a southerly direction to enable SGN to carry out essential Gas works. Alternative route: via College Road (unaffected length) - B3085 and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 17 August 2020 and the closure will be required until 21 August 2020. B) Overway Lane, Donhead St Andrew;
from its junction with Milkwell to its junction with A30 to enable Wessex Water to install a new water main with associated works. Alternative route: via Milkwell - A30 and vice versa. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all traffic:
C) Church Road (Part), Laverstock;
from its junction with Duck Lane to its junction with Bishops Mead to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out carriageway speed control cushion replacement works. Alternative route: via Church Road (unaffected length) - A30 London Road -Wain-A-Long Road - Riverside Road and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 27 July 2020 and the closure will be required until 07 August 2020. For further information please contact Kristian Price of Atkins on 01225 730410. Orders (a) to (c) will have a maximum duration of 18 months. The closures and diversion routes will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works.
