(C2267 Broad Marston Road, Pebworth) (Temporary Closure) Order 2020 Order made: to close that part of C2267 Broad Marston Road from its junction with C2113 Broad Marston Road to Long Marston Road for a distance of 515 metres in a southerly direction.

Reason: Overhead Works by Openreach.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: Broad Marston Road (Gloucestershire County), Chapel Lane (Gloucestershire County), B4632 Granbrook Lane (Gloucestershire County), B4632 Stratford Road (Gloucestershire County), Long Marston Road (Gloucestershire County), C2266 Mickleton to LongMarston Road, C2113 Broad Marston Road to Long Marston Road and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days Commencing: 28 July 2020.

(U47203 Blacksmiths Lane, Hill and Moor) (Temporary Closure) Order 2020 Proposed Order: to close that part of U47203 Blacksmiths Lane from its junction with U47228 Gibbs Close to its junction with U47202 Salters Lane. Reason: Lay New Ducting by Grub Construction Ltd.

Exemptions: to permitaccess to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U47202 Salters Lane, A44 Evesham Road, U47205 Cherry Orchard Road, U47203 Manor Road and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days. Commencing: 17 August 2020.

(A4104 Three Springs Road, Pershore) (Temporary Closure) Order 2020 Proposed Order: to close that part of A4104 Three Springs Road from its junction with U47040 Abbots Grange to its junction with U47050 Desjardins Way Reason: Drainage Works/Flood Alleviation by West Point Construction Limited. Exemptions: to permitaccess to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Diversion Route - A4104 Three Springs Road, B4084 Worcester Road, B4084 High Street, B4536 Broad Street, B4536 Defford Road, A4104 Three Springs Road and vice versa.

(C2009 Shinehill Lane, South Littleton) (Temporary Closure) Order 2020 Proposed Order: to close that part of C2009 Shinehill Lane from its junction with U45046 Orchard Close to its junction with U45022 Withy Trees Road. Reason: Sewer Works by Forkers Ltd.

Exemptions: to permitaccess to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken. (C2122 Church Street, Broadway) (Temporary Closure) Order 2020

Proposed Order: to close that part of C2122 Church Street from its junction with

C2299 High Streetto its junction with U45402 WestEnd Lane.

Reason: New Customer Connection by Severn Trent Water.

Exemptions: to permitaccess to any land or premises fronting the highway affected

where there is no other form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: C2122 Snowshill Road, Snowshill Road (Gloucestershire County),

Buckle Street (Gloucestershire County), B4077 (Gloucestershire County), B4632

(Gloucestershire County), B4632 Cheltenham Road, C2299 Lower Green and

vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days. Commencing:

18 August 2020.



(Footpath EV-511, Evesham) (Temporary Closure Order) 2020 Order Made: to close that part of Footpath EV-511, Evesham for its entire length. The Order has been made due to overhead works being carried out by Network Rail to the pier and abutments atRiver Avon.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises having a frontage to the highwayaffected where there is no other form ofaccess; and to allow the necessary works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: via Footpath EV-514, Bridleways EV-508 and EV-507, U44516

Common Road, Bridleway EV-524 and vice versa.

The proposed Order will continue in force for a period not exceeding 6 months or until the works which it is proposed to be carried out have been completed, whichever is the earlier. However, it is anticipated that the Order will only be operative for 22 weeks commencing on 28 July 2020.

(District of Wychavon - Non-Urban Area) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2004 (Variation) Order 2020 [Limited Waiting (Proposal and Revocation) on High Street, Broadway]

Worcestershire CountyCouncil are to consider making an Order the effectofwhich will be replace limited waiting 8am-6pm 1 hour no return within 1 hour, with limitedwaiting8am-6pm 2 hoursnoreturn within 1 hour on the followinglengths and sides ofroad in Broadway: -

High Street(north side) from apoint58 metres eastofits junction with Leamington Road for a distance of24 metres in an easterly direction; (south side) from a point 280 metres east of its junction with Leamington Road for a distance of 22 metres in an easterly direction.

The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons vehicles.
