REGULATIONS 2005 REGULATION 25 NOTICE

Rath Evans is applying for the Grant of a Premises Licence for 84 GoIdstone Villas, Hove, East Sussex, BN3 3WJ
The licence if granted is to enable the following activities to take place: sale of alcohol on the premises/sale of alcohol off the premises

The days and times of licensed activities being proposed are 11:00am to 11:00pm Monday to Sunday.

Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Team, Brighton & Hove City Council, 2nd Floor. Bartholomew House, Bartholomew Square, Brighton BN1 1JP
Any person who desires to make a representation to the grant, should send to Head of Public Health, Health & Safety and Licensing, Bartholomew House, Bartholomew Square, Brighton, BN1 1JP no later than 26th November 2014, a brief written statement of the grounds of his/her objection.

A copy of the application for the grant of the above licence is kept by Licensing Team, Brighton & Hove City Council, 2nd Floor, Bartholomew House, Bartholomew Square, Brighton BN1 1JP. The application can be viewed during office hours and where applicable at www.brighton-hove.gov.uk

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application; the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction being £5,000.
