ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1)

Notice of Temporary Traffic Order

Shipton-under-Wychwood -Trots Lane, Idbury OX7 6DJ Prohibition of Through Traffic Date of Order: 20 July 2020 Coming into force: 29 July 2020 This Order is being introduced because of installation of fibre optic cables which is anticipated be completed 10 August 2020. The effect of the Order is to temporarily prohibit any vehicle proceeding in the whole length of Trots Lane. Appropriate traffic signs will be displayed to indicate when the measures are in force. Exemptions are included for emergency services and for the works and for access to premises which are only accessible from the closed section of road. The alternative route for traffic is via Upper End Chipping Norton, Burford Road Shipton Under Wychwood and onto Simons Lane and vice versa. This Order will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works have been completed whichever is the sooner (Ref. T7802/AC)

Notice of Temporary Traffic Order

Witney, Burwell Drive and Farmhouse Meadow Prohibition of Vehicles Date of Order: 20 July 2020 Coming into force: 27 July 2020 This Order is being introduced because of carriageway resurfacing works which are anticipated to be completed 7 August 2020. This will operate between 07:00 and 19:00hrs. The effect of the Order is to temporarily prohibit any vehicle proceeding or waiting in the whole length of Burwell Drive and Farmhouse Meadow. Appropriate traffic signs will be displayed to indicate when the measures are in force. Exemptions are included for emergency services and for the works and for access to premises which are only accessible from the closed sections of road. The alternative route for traffic is via Ducklington Lane, Curbridge Road and vice versa. This Order will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works have been completed whichever is the sooner (Ref. T7826/AC)

Notice of Temporary Traffic Order

Lyneham, road from A361 Prohibition of Vehicles Date of Order: 20 July 2020 Coming into force: 27 July 2020 This Order is being introduced because of carriageway improvements which are anticipated to be completed on 28 August 2020. The effect of the Order is to temporarily prohibit any vehicle using the unnamed road from the A361. Appropriate traffic signs will be displayed to indicate when the measures are in force. Exemptions are included for emergency services and for the works and for access to premises which are only accessible from the closed section of road. The alternative route for traffic is via the B4450 - Sarsden Road - A361 Burford Road and vice versa. This Order will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works have been completed whichever is the sooner. (Ref.
