TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (SCOTLAND) REGULATIONS 2008 Notice under regulation 7(2)(b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant Proposed development at: Site of former Parkhead Hospital, Anvil Resource Centre and existing Parkhead Health Centre. 81 Salamanca Street, Parkhead, Glasgow G31 5ES for: the construction of new health and social care centre with associated public plaza, vehicular drop off area, landscaping and car park. A public meeting is not able to be held due to current Covid-19 restrictions. We have provided a project website - www.parkheadhub.scot to explain the proposals and allow comments to be submitted. The website will also enable two live chat events at which the development of the proposals will be described and comments can be given. This notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to Glasgow City Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Glasgow City Council, normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
