THE LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice is hereby given that I Louise Parker have applied to the Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as STORAGE UNIT 4, PROSPECT BUSINESS PARK, CONSETT, COUNTY DURHAM DH8 7PW for a New Premises Licence to permit the following proposed licensable activities: Sale of Alcohol Monday to Sunday inclusive 07.00 ? 22.00 hours off sales only. (premises to be used for storage and distribution only for online alcohol sales/gifts). Due to the current circumstances surrounding COVID-19 if you wish to view the full application please email the Licensing Authority at licensing@durham.gov.uk A Responsible Authority or Other Party under the Licensing Act 2003 can make representations/objections to these applications. Representations must be made via email to licensing@durham.gov.uk and received by 6th August 2020. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
