Premises Licence Application

THE LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice is hereby given that I, Helen Charlton, have applied to the Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as Cestria Flowers, 43 Front Street, Chester le Street, DH3 3BH for a New Premises Licence to permit the following proposed licensable activities: Sale of Alcohol Monday to Sunday 08:00 17:00 on and off sales. (Until 23:00hrs each day between 12th 14th February for Valentine's Day and 18th 24th December for Christmas week). Due to the current circumstances surrounding COVID-19 if you wish to view the full application please email the Licensing Authority at licensing@durham.gov.uk A Responsible Authority or Other Party under the Licensing Act 2003 can make representations/objections to these applications. Representations must be made via email to licensing@durham.gov.uk and received by 4 August 2020. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
