Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 any persons having a claim against or interest in the estate of Richard John Scott late of 1 Bransgore Gardens, Bransgore, Christchurch, Dorset, BH23 8JD who died on 7 June 2014 are required to send particulars thereof in writing to the under-signed on or before 15 January 2015 after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute assets having only regard to valid claims then notified.
